How to get out of a rut?

In 2023, sometime after I drove myself out of a 10 to 2 am workplace I got stuck in a rut, which only grew deeper with time. I felt anger until I realized how this pause had blessed me - while serving my time in denial, I had stumbled upon self care. I deeply indulged myself in nutrition. Focussed on health and wellness. Built a routine I love. Discipline became my best friend, next to freelance

I am a multifaceted creative. Some days I’m hunched over my keyboard making mood boards and drafting PPTs, other days I’m on field shooting. On the best days, I am drawing a connection between the two - finding meaning and creating concepts. This is where I create impact

I’ve grown up investing time in making elaborate birthday cards (ages 0-12), icing every cake I bake (ages 13-15), putting my all in holiday homework (for my friends too), styling outfits for my f&f (14+), plating restaurant worthy dinners for myself (21+). Design school was my only calling




After 4 years of school that shaped me as much as my skills, I started work in art direction and digital media. Transitioned to brand building and strategy almost alongside the ongoing surge of homegrown brands in India. Worked at boutique agencies and 1 on 1 with freelancers. All jobs in dynamic roles with my hands in 10 different tasks at all times (back then I wouldn’t have had it any other way)
